Monster Gunner Grenades don't disappear after being killed

The grenades they launch don't go away after you kill them. They still do 0 damage though.

I've noticed this too and it seemed harmless, but every now and then the gunner dies and the grenade still kills me when I walk over it, displaying the message "Mmew died." cause there was no attacker anymore. It should probably be fixed just to get rid of this glitch.
