PVM Doesn't Have Shared Exp

I was PVMing and wasn't getting the message "You dealt x damage to x monster (100%) and gained x exp."

It seems to be intentional, not a bug. But it could be put in, I don't think there would be an issue with doing so..

If the goal is to make this alot more newb friendly then yeah, you'll need that shared exp for everything.

The version on Ghz's server has shared everything (maybe not dom, I dunno) but I know it was just recently added in.
