Newbie tip messages

At this moment Vortex is very difficult for new players, how about showing a newbie tip each time they respawn (untill they hit level 2-3)?

Any good but short newbie tips? My English isn't the best so I might have trouble merging a tip into a small sentence so I kinda need your help.
